Stainless Steel Cookware with a white film?

I've been using this Cookware Set (made of stainless steel) for over a year now and after cooking food in it, there's a white film on the bottom of the pots. No matter how hard I scrub, the film is still there. It makes the pots look dirty. Brillo/S.O.S Pad doesn't seem to work either.

Easy to clean with ';Cameo'; or ';Bar Keepers Friend'; available at most supermarkets in USA.Don't ever use Brillo or SOS pads they put micro scratches in the pan and cause excess sticking. My All-Clad looks new after 6 years NEW.Stainless Steel Cookware with a white film?
have you checked with manufacturer? Sounds normal,i think it is noirmal wear from usage
