Can u put metal container into a convection/grill/microwave combine oven?

ok, i just got a convection/grill/microwave combine oven... u know those one that look exactly like miecrowave but stainless steel inside and has a grill heating element on the top and fan at the back.

the microwave comes with a metal 'rack' they call it the grilling rack. and it has 'combine mode' which operate microwave as well as convection oven and grill at same time. to cook the food fast(with microwave) as well as give u that oven roasting result. the problem comes to.

as i will be using the 'grilling rack' in combine mode which means there will be metal rack in while microwave is active.

i cannot use plastic container because grill/convection will be too hot for it. but then are those oven specially designed to have metal in. on instruction manual says no metal but u can use foil %26gt;_%26lt; how does it really work out please help, if u have those kind of microwave please share ur experience. Can u put metal container into a convection/grill/microwave combine oven?
Yeah i've got one of those. See, the racks are specially made for the oven. Don't know about foil, mine told me not to put foil in it, and if i have to, see that the foil doesn't touch any of the oven walls. And metal container, or metal rimmed containers are big NO NO. Once mom put one in, and there was heavy sparking inside. Guess the microwaves of heat don't agree well with metal containers.
